Nintex eSign
Coordinate electronic document signing as part of a digital process. Nintex eSign provides signing capabilities within the wider Nintex product portfolio.

When to consider it
Assess the document types, signers and legal or organisational requirements before selecting a signing service. This product is distinct from the LVRTC eParaksts integration we have delivered in a K2 solution.
Bring Nintex eSign into the document journey
Nintex eSign supports the electronic signing stage of a document process. A useful signing journey connects the document, the people who must sign it and the steps that follow completion. Consider how the document is prepared, how a signer receives it and where the signed output needs to be available.
The requirements can differ between an internal approval and an agreement with an external party. Define the intended signers and document types first. Then assess the identity, signature and organisational requirements for the specific use case.
Agree the signing requirements and product fit
Before requesting Nintex eSign licences, explain whether signing is a standalone need or part of an application workflow. Include the source of the document, expected usage and any systems that must receive the result. This gives the discussion a practical starting point.
We can help clarify the licensing options and prepare a proposal. The suitability of a particular signing method and any integration or implementation work are confirmed separately. Nintex eSign is distinct from the LVRTC eParaksts integration we have delivered with Automation K2; the two should be assessed against the actual requirements.
Licensing and next steps
We supply Nintex product licences and can discuss eSign requirements. Suitability for a particular signature requirement and the implementation scope must be confirmed separately.
Licence packaging, availability and terms are confirmed in the proposal.
