Our Nintex partnership began in 2021. This retrospective explains that milestone and how it relates to our current Automation K2 work.

Web CheckIn was established in 2021, the year our Nintex partnership began. K2 application development became a central part of our work, connecting business processes with the forms, information and tasks needed to operate them.

The experience behind that work included a Service Desk application developed by members of the team before the company was founded. It covered task, incident, problem and change management, using ITIL v3 practices as a basis.

That background is important to our story: the company began in 2021, while part of the practical experience it brought to customers had already been developed.

Current context, 31 October 2026: Web CheckIn’s Nintex partner status is Registered. We provide K2 development and maintenance and supply licences across the Nintex portfolio.
